GTA 5 Online down: Rockstar server status offline, Saving Failed for Grand Theft Auto 5 – Daily Star

GTA Online appears to be offline this evening with numerous reports of Rockstar Games services not working.

Since 10pm reports of the GTA Online servers not working have been increasing and on independent outage monitor, DownDetector, we’ve also seen a sharp spike in reports.

Since 10pm there’s been a quick increase of over 2000 reports of connection issues. There’s also numerous users reporting ‘Saving Failed’.

The Saving Failed error is likely a result of Rockstar servers not working and not allowing users to save their progress as they cannot connect.

The Down Detector outage map says the problems are mainly hitting users in the UK, Europe and some smaller parts of the US on the East Coast.
