No work for pupils at reality-TV show Educating Essex school – The Times

The school made famous by the reality-TV show Educating Essex has offered no online lessons to help families with homeschooling during the lockdown, its leader admits.

Vic Goddard, chief executive of an academy trust that includes Passmores Academy in Harlow, Essex, which featured in the fly-on-the-wall documentary series, said: “We have not set online learning at all for six weeks. We have sent home booklets of work and set challenges for youngsters such as cooking a meal for their family. We are not setting any compulsory lessons and nothing online.”
